CHIA JAM RECIPE
Once you have made it once you will always make sure you have a jar of this in your fridge - it is that good!

Despite their tiny size chia seeds are highly nutritious. A staple in the ancient Aztec + Maya diets, these seeds have long been enjoyed for their incredible health benefits.
The nutrients in chia seeds, may promote good heart health, support strong bones + assist in blood sugar management.
INGREDIENTS
200g Frozen berries (defrosted)
4 tbsps Chia Seeds
4 tbsps Runny honey
Step 1: Mush
Into a bowl add your defrosted berries, then using a fork mush until you get a consistency you are happy with. If you would like a really smooth jam, then blitz the berries in a food processor.
Step 2: Chill
Once you have a puree stir in the honey and chia seeds, then pour the jam into a bowl and place in the fridge. It helps to give the jam an occasional stir to make sure the chia seeds are evenly dispersed. The jam should only take 30 - 60 mins to set.
Step 3: Serve
Once set this jam has ENDLESS uses, to top; porridge, overnight oats, Greek Yogurt, toast, rice pudding, ice-cream?! Enjoy.
