CHOCOLATE FUDGE RECIPE

Updated: May 18

This chocolate fudge is so creamy, nutty and indulgent. When you want something to hit that sweet spot this does just that.
Chocolate Fudge

This is perfect as an after dinner treat, a good alternative if you have friends round + don't want to make a pudding or as a standby in the fridge to go with that mid morning coffee!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup (170g) dark chocolate

  • 1/2 (125g) cup nut butter of choice

  • 3 tbsp runny honey

Step 1: Preparation

Pick a tin of choice I use small (450ml) foil tin, it is easy to pop the fudge out when it has set + you can reuse the tin.

Step 2: Melt

Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl, either over a pan of boiling water (bain marie) or into the microwave for 30 seconds blasts. Whichever method you choose keep checking on the chocolate as you don't want it to get to burn!

Step 3: Mix

Once the chocolate has melted mix in the nut butter of your choice and the honey.

Step 4: Pour

Pour into your tin and pop in the fridge until set usually a few hours.

Chefs tips

You can add nuts or fruit or both to the mixture.
