NUTTY SEEDY GRANOLA RECIPE
Updated: May 18
This has been on the Food Of Zeus menu since day one and is still a breakfast favourite.

Bake a batch of this granola, your house will smell amazing and all week you will have a delicious crunchy topping for overnight oats, chia pudding, yogurt, or simply on its own.
INGREDIENTS
200g Muesli (your choice)
75g Mixed nuts roughly chopped (I use cashews + almonds)
30g Mixed seeds (I use pumpkin + sunflower)
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Ground Ginger
50g Melted Coconut Oil
80g Maple Syrup
Step 1: Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180c. Line a baking sheet with parchment or silicon paper.
Step 2: Mixing
In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients + give it all an almighty stir until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Step 3: Tip
Tip the mixture onto a lined baking sheet + smooth out to get an even layer, you want the mixture to be pressed together so that it will form crunchy clusters.
Step 4: Bake
Bake for c20 mins, do not be tempted to stir your granola as this will break up the clusters. Remove from oven when the granola is golden brown.
Step 5: Store
Allow to fully cool before decanting into an air tight container to store.
Chefs tips
If you would like to add fruit such as raisins, pop sprinkle these on top a few minutes before the baking time is up. If you add them at the beginning they will burn and taste bitter.
