These are so easy it isn't exactly a recipe more like letting you into the secret of them if you haven't tried them.
These crisps are perfect pre dinner or they are delicious with a fresh green salad lunch.
They give you a wonderful cheesy hit with a gorgeous crunch and take less than 10 minutes start to finish!
50g Grated Parmesan
Step 1: Prepare
Pre-heat your oven to 200c. Get out a baking sheet and line it with baking parchment of a silicon sheet.
Step 2: Scoop
Scoop a heaped tablespoon of the grated parmesan on to the lined sheet, leave as little mounds. Repeat with the remaining cheese, spacing the spoonfuls about a 1cm apart
Step 3: Bake
Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Step 4: Serve
Allow to cool and serve. Or once thoroughly cooled pop in an airtight container to enjoy your savoury snack at a later date.
