SUMMER PUDDING OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE
This combines my favourite pudding with my favourite meal of the day!

Absolutely jam packed with fruit this really does give you all the summer pudding feels.
The oats are wonderfully slow releasing + paired with the almond butter it will ensure you are kept satisfied until lunchtime.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Rolled oats
1 heaped tsp Almond butter
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
Drizzle Honey
1/2 cup Frozen Berries (defrosted)
To top: Fresh Berries
Step 1: Mix
In a jug mix add the almond butter, water and oats and mix well so that they combined. Then add the rest of the base ingredients and mix again. Spoon this into the jar of your choice.
Step 2: Store
In the fridge overnight to allow the oats to absorb all the juices then enjoy the next day.
