These are the perfect addition to a summer salad high protein + full of flavour.
Chickpeas are high in protein + fibre so they aid with digestion whilst also keep you feeling full. Sweet potatoes are super nutritious having high quantities of Vitamin A + C.

1 Sweet potato (large)
1 can Chickpeas Drained
Pinch dried cumin
Step 1: Prepare
Pre-heat your oven to 180c. Get out a baking sheet and line it with baking parchment of a silicon sheet.
Step 2: Roast
Wrap the sweet potatoes in foil and roast until the insides can be scooped out c45 mins. It is good to have your potato wrapped in foil + you pop it in next time you are using your oven for another job.
Step 3: Mash
Once the potatoes are cooked, scoop out the middle and add all the other ingredients into a bowl and using your hands, combine until it can form patties.
Step 4: Bake
Place 8 patties portions on to a silicon sheet. Then bake for c20 mins.
Step 5: Serve
Remove from the oven + serve with a salad of your choice.
