TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE RECIPE
When you NEED a chocolate fix .

This brownie is so decadent and chocolatey. Has that perfect crunch topping super rich brownie studded with chocolate.
When you make a treat like this for yourself vs shop bought; you get all the pleasure of smelling it as it is being prepared + baked. you know there are no additives AND because of YOUR effort it will taste so much better.
INGREDIENTS
185g Unsalted butter
185g Dark Chocolate
85g Plain Flour
40g Cocoa Powder
50g White Chocolate
50g Milk Chocolate
3 Large eggs
27g Golden Caster Sugar
Step 1: Melt
Cut the butter into small cubes and tip into a medium bowl. Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and drop into the bowl. Cover the bowl loosely with cling film and put in the microwave for 2 mins (keep an eye on it.)
Step 2: Line
Leave the chocolate to cool to room temp. While you wait line a shallow tin + preheat the oven 180c
Step 4: Mix
Sieve the flour, cocoa powder into the chocolate mixture and blend. Chop the white and milk chocolate into small chunks and add to the chocolate mixture.
Step 4: Whisk
In a separate bowl, crack the eggs and add the sugar, then using an electric whisk, beat until it is thick and creamy, c3-8mins. Then add the egg mixture to the chocolate mixture. combine
Step 5: Bake
Cook for 27 – 35 mins keep checking, you want it just set. Check by piercing the centre of the brownie with a knife if the tip comes out clean (without raw brownie mixture on) then you know it is done.
Step 6: Serve
Allow to cool to room temperature (c 30 mins) this is when it is best and cut into squares!
