NO CHURN ICE-CREAM RECIPE
It is SO creamy!

This is a cheats version of Stracciatella. You need the dark chocolate to cut through the sweetness of the condensed milk.
With just 4 ingredients AND how super simple it is to make I am sure you will always have a tub of no churn ice-cream in it!
Serves 6
INGREDIENTS
300ml Double Cream
200g Condensed Milk
50g Dark Chocolate (finely chopped into shavings)
1 tsp Vanilla
Step 1: Mix
Pour the double cream, vanilla and condensed milk into a bowl and whisk using an electric whisk. The mixture needs to form soft peaks.
Step 2: Fold
Once the peaks have been achieved fold in the shavings of dark chocolate. Then pour into a freezer suitable airtight tub. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
Step 3: Serve
Lift out of the freezer 10- 20 mins (depending on how warm your room is!), this allows the ice-cream to soften slightly + show of it's full creamy texture.
